Here I am with Paula. She is holding some fabric that I purchased from her. It's from her "Opulence" line of fabric that she designed.

This is the fabric I'm using for my "One-Block Wonder" quilt.
Here are some of the octagon blocks I have finished so far.
These are my stacks of triangles waiting to be sewn. I'll have a total of 69 blocks to work with when I'm finished piecing them.

Wonderful fabric and your otagons are great! I love Paula...I took a workshop from her in Houston years ago...so much fun!
Beautiful fabric. Perfect for you octagons. Thanks for sharing.
Wow! The blocks are beautiful.
OMG Nicky, look how many you've made so far! They're gorgeous! Paula does the most amazing fabric. I'd love to take her class.
Happy Thanksgiving.
I can tell it's going to be a stunning quilt!
I'm so jealous...I'd love to meet her. I have some of that Opulance, too. Great stuff!
You're movin' and groovin' along with this...looks awesome!
Pretty blocks--I am sure your quilting will make this an awesome quilt!
Gorgeous fabrics and blocks!...and you got to see Paula! Jealous, definitely.
The blocks made from that fabric are definitely Opulent! This is going to be a wonderful quilt.
i too love the fabric you chose.
Hi Nicky, I guess I am a little slow at reading old posts. I made a stack and whack with opulence fabric too! Except mine was a four patch, and they are blocks that aren't done. Yours looks wonderful. It is nice to see how they look with triangles.
