Low Carb Cheesecake

Microwave Low Carb Bowl Cheesecake
4oz Cream Cheese
1/4C Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4C splenda (I only used half that amount)
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Warm the cream cheese and then mix everything together until it is smooth. Microwave for 3 minutes. Refrigerate until cool. Top with fresh or frozen berries.
